What GiftGrows does
GiftGrows lets a parent or guardian make a page for a child, share it, and keep a journal of gifts. Givers use the page to reach the official contribution page for the child's Trump Account, or to send a gift to the parent's own payment handle.
We never hold money
GiftGrows never receives, holds, transfers, or invests money. We are not a bank, broker, money transmitter, or investment adviser. Every payment happens on the official program site or in a payment app, under that provider's own terms.
Pass-along gifts
A gift sent to a parent's Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Wise, or similar handle is between the giver and the parent. The parent is responsible for depositing it into the child's Trump Account, and for keeping total contributions within the yearly limit of $5,000 per child. GiftGrows can't see, confirm, reverse, or refund these payments.
No affiliation
GiftGrows is independent. We are not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with the U.S. Treasury, the IRS, the Trump Accounts program, or any payment provider named on a page. Program and provider names belong to their owners and are used only to describe them.
Not advice
Nothing on GiftGrows is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Program information links to official sources, and growth figures are illustrations, not forecasts. See the disclaimer for the assumptions.
The journal is self-reported
Journal entries and amounts are typed by givers and parents. GiftGrows doesn't verify them, and they are not a record of what reached the account. The official account statement is the record.
Your responsibilities as a parent
- You are the child's parent or legal guardian, and you have the right to share what you put on the page.
- The contribution link and payment handles you add are your own and correct.
- You don't use a page or handle to impersonate anyone, including the government, the program, or GiftGrows.
- You keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in.
Content and removal
Pages, photos, and notes must not be hateful, sexual, harassing, misleading, or unlawful. Some handles are reserved. We may hold a photo for review, hide a note, or turn off a page that breaks these terms or puts a child at risk.
Beta and changes
GiftGrows is in beta and is provided as it is. Features may change or stop, and we will give parents notice before a change that affects their pages. You can stop using GiftGrows and delete your pages at any time.
Limits of liability, dispute terms, and governing law will be added after counsel review.
